Practical Stay NEAR EVERYTHING

The room had a comfortable bed. I slept really well. The breakfast offered sufficient choices. It was great that the main station was about fifteen minutes away. I found the city center only a short, extra walk away. It was convenient!

The staff did not help call an ambulance or communicate with doctors when my friend had an anaphylactic attack. This WAS concerning.

Check-in was easy. The staff was helpful when i needed extra coffee. The room was clean when I arrived. It was exactly as I expected.

The room lighting was inadequate. Sunlight streamed in when the blinds were open, however all I could see were other rooms, so I felt uncomfortable keeping the blinds open. The hotel uses a ticketing system for the reception desk, so I had to wait to ask simple questions.

The location had a convenient setting NEAR the city center. I found lots of seating SPACE in the lobby. A 24 hours snack display WAS awesome.

The doors down the corridor SLAMMED noisily during the night.

Fantastic Value with Great Amenities!

My room was super clean and functional! (I loved how efficient it was). I appreciated the fitness center. It had enough equipment for a solid workout. Renting a bike from the hotel was a great way to explore the area. I highly recommend it. The lockers were easy to use and kept my belongings secure.

The main area could use a little more tidying up more regularly.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. A staff member spoke Ukrainian, among other languages, very useful for some guests. The staff was also very cute, providing tourist maps with discount coupons for local attractions.

Public transport is convenient to reach the hotel. Regional trains operate from Terminal 3 every 10 minutes, arriving at Copenhagen Central Station. From there, the hotel is a short walk or taxi ride away. Alternatively, take bus 5C from the airport to the Tivoli Hotel stop, which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Taxis, such as company 4 X 35, take around 25-35 minutes and cost approximately DKK 300, payable via credit or debit card.
